Homemade Protein Bars

Looking for a healthy alternative to packaged and sugar filled store bought granola bars? Try these 20 minute protein bars. So healthy and delicious!

1.5 cups organic oats
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1.25 cups natural PB
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Hemp seeds for topping

1. Combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter and chia seeds to a large bowl.
2. Use your hands to form a sticky dough.
3. Press dough firmly into a baking dish.
4. Melt chocolate with oil.
5. Top with chocolate and any other desired topping (hemp hearts, coconut, etc.)
6. Freeze for 30 minutes and cut into bars or squares.
7. Store in the fridge or freezer!
